With inspiring personalities, emotional anecdotes, and of course, coveted pieces, ‘My Style Superstars’ is back! After the success of its debut with must-watch videos featuring Salama Mohamed, Deema Al Asadi, Zainab Al-Eqabi, and Diala Makki, the second season has even more exciting content in store for all our viewers. For the uninitiated, the ‘My Style Superstars’ series is all about highlighting those extra-special pieces that have been a part of one’s wardrobe for years, and the stories behind them that give a deeper meaning to fashion.
First up is Saudi style maven Alanoud Badr, who also goes by Fozaza, and is beloved for her fashion-focused content shared with more than a million Instagram followers. The entrepreneur starts off with a 90s Chanel blazer in an unmissable yellow hue, which was “generously” passed down by her mother, and famously sported by supermodel Linda Evangelista. Another item that connects Badr to her mother is her first designer blazer, which was given to her when she was only eight years old. The houndstooth patterned number would go on to spark her love for blazers, and eventually inspire Badr to start her own fashion line. Also among her ‘Style Superstars’ is a bespoke red tulle dress by Elisabetta Franchi, which was created for her debut runway walk for the brand during Milan Fashion Week in 2022, and her mixed metal ring set with an old coin, which once belonged to her mother.
