Rihanna‘s street style is categorically its own thing. Effortlessly bringing together glamorous eveningwear with sporty athleisure, the star’s stepping-out wardrobe lies outside of trends and features everything Rihanna has been feeling lately. This time? Layers of pearls.
On her way to the Roc Nation headquarters in LA, the mother-of-two was spotted in a casual ensemble made chic with her choice of jewelry—more specifically, two necklaces. The first one draped across her neck was a tall vintage Dior choker by John Galliano with strings of pearls joined together by a single gold bar in the center. To complement it, and make a clear statement that pearls are not reserved only for the elderly, Rihanna added a second piece to her neck—a multilayered Briony Raymond estate necklace studded with pearls, emeralds, diamonds, and rubies.
The jewelry undoubtedly added a hint of refined, ladylike bling to Rihanna’s otherwise oversized boyish ensemble, which included a mesh bralette Khaite top, and baggy Agolde jeans. The singer and beauty mogul topped it all off with a long black Junya Watanabe coat. As usual, Rihanna’s beauty look kept up with her signature glam of glossy nude lips, flawless bronzed skin, and defined lashes with a small winged black eyeliner. To let the choker have its moment, Rihanna wore her hair piled up in a tall bun.
This is not the first time Rihanna has let jewelry take the spotlight in her outfit. Most recently, she was spotted at the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix wearing a sparkling custom Jacob & Co. watch around her ankle.
