On Monday night, Blake Lively hit Chanel’s Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner at The Odeon.
What if you could cross the pattern of pajamas with the structure of a pantsuit? Blake Lively has made that dream a reality. On Monday night, Blake Lively hit Chanel’s Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner at The Odeon alongside Hannah Einbinder, Katie Holmes, Colman Domingo, Robert de Niro, Trevor Noah, and Hari Nef. For the occasion, she donned a matching blazer and trousers.
Lively opted to wear her double-breasted blazer sans undershirt, the jacket buttoning around her sternum. She mixed the no-nonsense suiting cut with a funky pattern. Printed with pink and white iterations of the interlocking C logo and multicolored daisies, it was a more muted colorway than her pants. Similarly, Lively’s bottoms featured hot pink, orange, blue, and green C’s and electric flowers.

Maybe it’s Lively’s ease (and carefree beachy waves) that gives the outfit a pajama-esque feel. But with her enormous stud earrings, smattering of ruby and diamond rings, and glittering Chanel clutch, she knows how to turn an outfit from day to night. Or, in this case, maybe bed to night.
