A sighting has been made! Lady Gaga’s engagement ring was finally revealed this week, when the musician stepped out with fiancé Michael Polansky.

In case anyone was not yet aware that Lady Gaga is engaged, she confirmed the happy news at the Venice International Film Festival in the form of her gigantic diamond engagement ring. The singer and actor flashed her giant rock for the cameras on September 3, giving us all our first peek at the stone since she inadvertently revealed her engagement to Michael Polansky at the Paris Olympics earlier in the summer.

Gaga paired the stunning new ring with a sculptural black minidress, which was adorned with jumbo white polka dots and an oversized bow detail on the front, along with ruffled bell sleeves. She styled the girly ’fit with an equally girly, but uncharacteristically simple, half-up hairstyle, black tights, and pointed-toe black pumps.
Lady Gaga incidentally announced her engagement to Polansky, her partner of four years, at the 2024 Paris Olympics, when she was caught referring to him as “my fiancé” in a TikTok video. But this is the first time we’ve gotten a good look at the ring, which appears to be a large, oval-cut diamond. I’m not enough of a jewelry expert to speculate about the carats in this ring, but I’d hazard a guess at “many.” Because honestly, if anyone lives by the go-big-or-go-home mantra, it’s Lady Gaga.
