Rihanna has an enviable vintage bag collection, to say the least.
It seems like almost every time she’s papped – whether that’s out for dinner at Carbone, or on the front row at Paris Fashion Week – she’s got a new archival accessory on her arm. Favorites include the Dior Saddle (she has a camo and tie-dye version, as well as an ultra-rare Adiorable style) and bags from Tom Ford’s Gucci era (she’s got a ’90s velvet monogram bag, a beaded Horsebit clutch, and a sought-after python-print style).
The megastar’s collection also includes a number of limited-edition pieces, from her Louis Vuitton X Stephen Sprouse Alma bag, which she was recently spotted with, to her Noughties Fendi Spy bag, featuring a beaded squirrel design. Then there’s the rare Dior Columbus bag she sported while supporting A$AP Rocky at Paris Men’s Fashion Week, and her LV commemorative monogram soccer ball bag… the list goes on.
While many A-listers hunt down the classics (the Chanel Flap, the Gucci Jackie, the Fendi Baguette), it’s clear that Rihanna’s not afraid to add some more eclectic accessories into the mix, too. Just look at her ’90s purple Chanel weekend bag, with the brand’s logo emblazoned on the side, or her pink cow-print Fendi bag from autumn/winter 1992.
