Dominique Jackson and Dylan Mulvaney got sparkly and bright to walk the runway for The Blonds’ spring 2024 runway show during New York Fashion Week. The collection drew inspiration from mythical realms and also from music legends, including Cher, David Bowie and Britney Spears.
Jackson, who has walked the runway for The Blonds for several seasons, wore a sparkling silver bodysuit with a plunging V-neckline. She completed her look with black booties from Christian Louboutin, who provided the footwear for the runway show.
Mulvaney wore a draping glittering blue Grecian and fairy-inspired dress with clear straps, leaving the bodice to drape around her bust. Her look was accessorized with a crystal necklace reminiscent of sun rays. The ensemble was completed with glitter blue Christian Louboutin stiletto platform pumps.
Jackson and Mulvaney, along with YouTube personality Gigi Gorgeous, formed a trio of transgender women who walked The Blonds runway show. The brand has long been inclusive of representing transgender models on the runway since its creation in 2007.
The audience also included its share of celebrity representation, including actor Colton Haynes, actress Danielle Brooks, “Queer Eye” star Jonathan Van Ness, and former Pussycat Dolls member Carmit Bachar.
