Last night, all eyes were on Jeddah, where stars from all over the globe came together for the 2023 edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival.
For the opening night, it comes as no surprise, celebrities went all-0ut with their ensembles, with the women opting for statement-making gowns. Black seemed to be the winning hue for the night, with a majority of famous personalities walking the red carpet in ebony ensembles. While Yasmine Sabri walked in wearing a sparkling asymmetrical Yousef Akbar creation with Chopard jewels, Amina Khalil opted for an equally glitzy Tony Ward gown with a bejeweled neckline and intricate beadwork. Fatima AlBanawi went with a voluminous number with rhinestone-studded gloves, and Nadine Nassib Njeim chose a Schiaparelli gown with a keyhole-shaped cutout in the bodice.
Among the women who chose a different palette of colors, Aseel was a sight to behold in a fairytale-ready red gown by Charbel Karam, while Maya Diab glowed in a gilded gown + floor-length jacket by Jean Louis Sabaji. Opting for pristine white, Rym Saidi looked statuesque in a body-skimming Tony Ward gown.
