On February 15, all eyes were on Dubai’s most luxurious hotel, Atlantis the Royal, where the 2024 edition of the Vogue Ball of Arabia took place in partnership with Hongqi, Amaffi and Komos. Following the night’s mystical theme — ‘Mermaids of the Gulf’ — the celebration saw a slew of celebrities from the region, and the world, descend in their finest underwater-inspired blue carpet looks. Among the many stars in attendance was Lebanese beauty Carmen Bsaibes, who was unmissable in a striking red ensemble.
