Dyson unveils its newest (and most intelligent) hair dryer yet
If there’s one thing we know about Dyson, it’s that there’s always something bigger and better just around the corner. Case in point: the announcement of the Supersonic Nural™ Hair Dryer that came earlier this week at a Dyson launch event in Seoul, South Korea. A level-up from the existing Supersonic, the Supersonic Nural prioritizes hair and scalp health by utilizing sensors to activate innovative styling modes (like Scalp Protect mode and the Pause to detect feature) to help minimize heat damage.
“If you’re able to limit heat damage, you can get a healthier scalp; and healthier hair,” says brand founder and chief engineer James Dyson in a press statement. “Our new Supersonic Nural has a time of flight sensor which recognizes your head and reduces the heat as it gets close to your hair, preventing heat damage to both your scalp and hair.”
