Following the spectacular collections unveiled by some of fashion’s most talked-about designers during New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and Paris Fashion Week (PFW) over the past two weeks, our attention now shifts to the fashion capital of Italy at Milan Fashion Week (MFW). As expected from the event, Day 1 of MFW unveiled the much-anticipated women’s collection, showcasing quintessential Italian style with a touch of bold and provocative fashion statements.

Fendi
In the midst of an all-white runway, Fendi, the renowned Roman fashion house, presented a remarkable show. The Fendi collection featured outfits with geometric patchwork designs, and deconstructed knits creatively transformed into skirts and asymmetric dresses. The iconic Fendi FF logo took center stage on turtlenecks, complete ensembles, and a striking leather overcoat, likely to be a coveted item for the upcoming season. Its collection skillfully blended comfort and everyday wear, all with a touch of the brand’s unmistakable flair with magnified Fendi accessories.
Del Core
At the Del Core runway, spring was portrayed through bold and dramatic looks, featuring floral sculptures and prints that exuded strength and rule-breaking energy rather than traditional romanticism. The collection embraced glamour with draped fabrics and lavish use of lavender and orange paillettes. Models in this wild garden-inspired showcase sported small rounded crystals on their skin and hair, reminiscent of a refreshing morning dew.
