On September 16, the Duchess of Sussex attended the sporting event’s closing ceremony wearing a $798 Cult Gaia strapless tube dress that plays into some of the season’s most exciting trends while remaining appropriate for fancy dinners. Though 100% polyester, the Raylene Gown—which is, unfortunately, sold out on the brand’s website—has a leathery appearance with lazer-cut floral cutouts.

After a week of linen rompers, structured layers, and monochrome fits, there’s no better conclusion to Meghan Markle’s week of covetable fashion moments, which resulted in a J.Crew website crash and a mad rush to sell out Banana Republic shirt dresses.
With Meghan Markle’s slick bun, nude pumps, and classic smoky-eye, this outfit could also serve as major bridal party inspiration. Luckily, a shorter version of the dress with 90s-inspired spaghetti straps is still available in the same color, as well as a more bridal white. Can anyone say reception outfit change?
