Nowadays, everything is TOO DAMN HIGH. I went out to eat with a friend and paid $91 on rock shrimp, an order of fries, and two ginger beers (which I later saw were the same Fever Tree brand I get from Target for $5.99 for a 4-pack) and it reminded me exactly why I very rarely go out to eat. I could take that same $91 and buy enough groceries to create a whole dinner at home for me and three friends. And we wouldn’t have to wait for our table nor would be rushed out after.
But I do have selective cheapness because while I very much prefer to pay less, there are times I do not mind paying more. Here are five products that I don’t mind paying $$$ for.
