Lucky for us, the model and skincare entrepreneur touched down in Toronto just days after making a major hair change, so we at least had a starting point. “Honestly, I had been thinking about it for weeks and I was really back and forth,” Bieber told us at an exclusive VIP cocktail party celebrating the Tiffany Lock collection (hence all of those lust-worthy gems).
