It’s easy to see why the design is becoming increasingly popular, given their minimalist appeal. As the name suggests, the style features a ring that goes around the big toe, making it distinct from thong or flip-flops sandals, and comes in both flat and heeled varieties. In fact, the toe-ring sandal has been popular on the catwalk for several seasons now, appearing at the likes of Hermès, Tod’s and The Row for Spring-Summer 2025.
