As is the case with all other creative industries, from music to film, literature to theatre, fashion also questions in its own way, and thus through clothes, the concept of femininity in today’s world. Proof of this is the Miu Miu Fall-Winter 2025/2026 show, named Femininities and held at the Palais d’Iéna in Paris, wrapped in yellow moiré for the occasion.
The concept of femininity is expressed here through the shapes of the garments, crafted to create curves that gently contour the body. This is evident in the satin petticoats, which strike a balance between cheeky and dreamy, rebellious and romantic. Similarly, the fur stoles confirm the return of furry details.
Lingerie, moreover, both takes shape and reveals it at the same time: cone bras peek through outerwear, while dresses’ necklines are deep enough to reveal part of the body.
