Last night, Yasmine Sabri joined some of the region’s biggest stars, designers and royalty at the Fashion Trust Arabia awards in Marrakech. Below, a closer look at the star’s choice of outfit for the big occasion.

On the evening of October 24, all eyes were set on the official awards ceremony of Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA). If you’re not familiar with the event, the FTA is the first organization in the Arab world to provide business and financial support for designers from the region. As expected, the prestigious event was attended by a vast number of creatives and fashion conoisseurs from the Middle East and around the globe.
Among the A-list attendees was Egyptian actor and model Yasmine Sabri, who stepped out in Marrakech in a look that gave a nod to Morocco’s rich heritage. The star opted for a gorgeous emerald green kaftan that came with a twist. Designed by Moroccan designer Selma Benomar, this floor-length number featured an off-the-shoulder sweetheart neckline, and a bodice crafted from a silky fabric. A deeper green fabric with intricate button detailing ran down the front of the gown, while floral sequin embroidery added a hint of sparkle on the sides. To add structure to her kaftan, Sabri styled the look with an emerald green belt that came with an ornate rhinestone buckle in the front.

For the FTA 2024 finale, Sabri completed her ensemble with regal Chopard jewelry in the same tones of green as her kaftan. Her picks included a diamond and emerald neckpiece with a statement pendant, matching earrings, and a watch in similar tones. Lastly, for her glam, Sabri went with a rather minimal look. A glowy base complemented subtle pink lipstick worked wonderfully, while her hair was left straight with a middle part.
